What is Zaprove?

Zaprove is a streamlined approval workflow tool built for designers and developers. Create a shareable link for your work, send it to your client, and they can approve, request changes, or reject — all without creating an account.

What's included in the free Trial plan?

The Trial plan is completely free and lets you store up to 5 active approvals at once. You get full access to the approval workflow — create links, share with clients, and track responses. After your 14-day trial ends, existing approvals switch to view-only mode.

What does the Pro Pass include?

The Pro Pass is a one-time payment of $6.99 that unlocks 30 days of Pro access. You get up to 100 stored approvals, unlimited approval creations during the period, and priority support. It's designed for active freelancers or teams running multiple client projects at once.

Does the Pro Pass auto-renew?

No — the Pro Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It gives you 30 days of Pro access and then your account automatically returns to the Trial plan. There are no surprise charges. You can purchase a new Pro Pass at any time when you need it again.

What happens to my approvals when the Pro Pass expires?

When your Pro Pass expires, your account reverts to the Trial plan limits. Approvals beyond the Trial limit (5 stored) become view-only — meaning you and your clients can still view them, but no new responses can be submitted until you upgrade again or reduce your active approvals.

Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Clients never need to sign up or log in. Simply share the unique approval link with them, and they can review the assets, leave comments, and submit their decision (approve, request changes, or reject) in seconds.

How many asset links can I attach per approval?

You can attach up to 5 asset links per approval — perfect for sharing Figma files, staging URLs, Google Drive folders, or any other link you want your client to review before deciding.

Can I edit an approval after it's been created?

Yes. You can edit the title, description, brand name, and asset links on any approval from your dashboard. If a client has already responded, you can also reset the approval back to pending so they can review the updated version.

Is there a refund policy?

Pro Pass purchases are non-refundable once activated, as access is granted immediately. If you have any issues, reach out to us at zaprove@outlook.com and we'll do our best to help.
